Boisterous, catastrophically clumsy and completely unable to go more than three minutes without speaking, Dahlia Scratch (the Great and Terrible) hails from mysterious beginnings with one mission: to be the greatest evil the world has ever known. Despite an aggressively cheerful personality and the small detail (insignificant, really) of being wholly unable to actually do anything evil, it is Dahlia’s ambition to become the avatar of all cruelty and malice, to rend society asunder and to plunge the world into a darkness from which there can be no escape. Dahlia’s strange abilities, which she insists are not magical in nature, allow her to manipulate heat and metal.
